Registration for FSFS is fast, easy and free. Just fill out the form below and click the ‘submit’ button to continue.

• The filmmakers MUST be college students.
• Films must be in either VHS or DVD format. NTSC only.
• The form must be filled out in its entirety.
• No inappropriate footage will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to:
  
  
  • Sexually explicit material lacking artistic merit.
  • ‘Jackass’ style material (stunts, backyard wrestling, public pranks, etc.)
  • Anything that is stolen, either from the web or from any other source.
  • Footage of any unlawful activity. (Simulated law-breaking is fine)
  • Anything you’d be embarrassed to show your mother (but not just because it sucks)

*Note: To ensure that this is a students only project, all Student IDs will be verified with the University sited.
